About The Legacy Warriors Program

Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our community warriors who care for and provide remarkable service to others each and every day.

 

Who qualifies as a Legacy Warrior

This program is designed to give back to those who serve and make our BCS community a better place. The program offers real estate savings to:

  • Law enforcement
  • Military service members (reserves, active and veterans)
  • Medical personnel (all heathcare workers including EMS)
  • First responders
  • Educators
  • Fire Fighters (current)
  • Non-profit employees

 

How the Legacy Warrior Program Works

When you work with an experienced agent on The Legacy Team to Buy or Sell a property you will receive 20% of your Agent’s earned commission towards your closing costs or a reduced commission rate for a seller. **some restrictions apply, must meet requirements**

Example:

If the commission on a $100,000 sale is 3%, the total commission paid to your agent would be $3,000. The agent would then pay 20% of his/her earned commission toward your closing cost. On a $100,000 sale this would credit $600 to the Buyer or Seller that is working with The Legacy Team at closing.

Our preferred lender, Trent Price with Movement Mortgage can help to qualify Buyers for a home loan. He also offers no processing to underwriting fees for VA loans.

Commission discounts or rebates are capped at $2500; some rebates or commission discounts are subject to lender approvals; limit one discount per transaction per party – if Legacy Represents both parties, both parties are eligible for discount but if only one side is represented (i.e. For Sale By Owner or Unrepresented Buyer transactions), rebate limited to just one side of the sales commission.
